Our Rental Rates and Options

- Rate: $1,500
- Deposit: $750 due at booking
Half Day Rental
- Rate: $750
- Deposit: $375 due at booking
Hourly Party Room Rental
- Rate: $250 minimum for up to 2 hours
- Deposit: $50 refundable deposit
- Additional hours available upon request
Cleaning Fee
- Required $100 cleaning fee
- Fully refundable if the venue is left in excellent condition

Barista Service

Deposit and Payment Details
To secure your date, deposits are required at the time of booking. Remaining balances are due prior to the start of your event. Venue access and setup time must be approved in advance to ensure scheduling accuracy and to support proper preparation.
